This website service is provided by HCA for their employees to conveniently manage their application process.
Once you are employed, or have been offered employment, your line manager will register you on this website as an employee. Once this has been activated you will receive an email asking you to register, and provide personal details and career history. You will be required to upload copies of all documents.
The email you receive asking you to register is called a 'Handshake', which has been named as both parties are required to agree - HCA need to approve you on the system, and you need to agree to register and provide your information. This way ensures that both parties are protected and you know your information is safe.
All the information you provide will remain confidential between you, HCA and the managing agent for this website (EBG Screening) who have been appointed to manage all employee eligibility to work documents.
You will not be able to register unless your email address has been entered onto the system by a HCA manager for approval.
This service is provided free of charge by HCA.
